Maintenance-free intelligent transformer breather
The maintenance-free transformer breather is an air dehumidification and purification device used for oil-immersed transformers, instrument transformers, on-load tap changers, or other electrical equipment filled with insulating liquid. The maintenance-free transformer breather is installed at the air inlet of the instrument transformer's oil storage tank. When the transformer or instrument transformer operates, the oil volume changes due to temperature variations, causing the gas inside the oil storage tank to breathe through the desiccant. Air passes through the filter at the bottom of the desiccant and the glass jar filled with silica gel into the transformer, ensuring that the inhaled air is dry (moisture is adsorbed by the desiccant) and clean (dust and impurities are blocked by the filter), thereby maintaining the cleanliness and insulation strength of the transformer oil.
JC-MC-ZN03 Door Magnetic Sensor
The JC-MC-ZN03 door magnetic sensor is mainly composed of two parts: a switch and a magnet. The switch part is made up of a reed switch connected by a lead wire, and is shaped and packaged; the magnet part is encapsulated in a plastic or alloy shell with a corresponding magnetic field strength. After the two are separated or close to a certain distance, it will cause the switch to open, thereby sensing the change of the object's position.
