Jiangsu JOTRY Electric Technology Co., Ltd. has established the "JOTRY Research and Innovation Scholarship" at Hohai University.
Mr. Qian Rong, founder and chairman of the company and an alumnus of Hohai University’s class of 1997, was recently invited to return to his alma mater to attend a special donation ceremony, receive an honorary certificate, and deliver a keynote speech.
01 Attend the donation ceremony
On December 1, the donation ceremony for the "JOTRY Research and Innovation Scholarship" was successfully held at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Hohai University. Mr. Qian Rong, founder and chairman of the company and an alumnus of Hohai University’s class of 1997, attended the ceremony and, together with Gao Hongjuan, Secretary of the School’s Party Committee; Ding Kun, Dean; Zhang Yiquan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; and several student representatives, jointly witnessed this significant moment.
This scholarship is funded by Jiangsu JOTRY Electric Technology Co., Ltd. and is designed to encourage outstanding students to focus on scientific research and continuous innovation.
02 Deliver a keynote speech
After the ceremony, Mr. Qian Rong delivered a speech titled “Permanent Innovation, Constantly Surpassing—From a Student from a Humble Background to an Industry Leader,” reflecting on his student days, sharing his journey of striving from being a student from a modest background to becoming a leader in his industry, and elaborating on the core driving role of “permanent innovation” in both corporate development and personal success. He encouraged students not to fear difficulties, dare to surpass themselves, and integrate their personal aspirations into the broader currents of the times.
03 Future Outlook
This event not only serves as a heartfelt gesture of gratitude from Mr. Qian Rong toward his alma mater for its nurturing support, but also represents the company’s concrete efforts to fulfill its social responsibility and contribute to the cause of education. Moving forward, the company will continue to deepen its collaboration with universities, jointly cultivating talented individuals and making its due contribution to achieving the goals of building a strong nation in science and technology and a strong nation in talent.

Financial Support: The "JOTRY Research and Innovation Scholarship" provides funding for student science and technology projects and academic competitions, encouraging young students to explore cutting-edge technologies;
Resource Collaboration: Establish a Graduate Workstation at Hohai University as the alma mater’s “Internship and Training Base,” providing students with a growth platform that integrates “theory + practice.”
Technical Cooperation: Collaborate with the alma mater on joint R&D projects such as the “Power Online Monitoring Platform” and “Product Industrial Design,” bridging enterprise needs with university research capabilities to facilitate the translation of technological achievements into industrial productivity.
