Optical time-of-flight image sensor IC

MLX75026 QVGA is the second member of the third generation of fully integrated optical time-of-flight (ToF) sensor IC. This product is compatible with VGA resolution ToF sensor IC MLX75027. Target applications include automotive driver monitoring (DMS), in-vehicle monitoring (ICM), external protection and robotics, automated transportation (AGV), human and 3D object detection in industry, retail, logistics, and smart cities. In car interior sensing applications, a VGA resolution sensor can cover the entire interior space, but the QVGA TOF sensor MLX75026 can provide similar resolution for multiple single-seat areas, such as for driver monitoring, body position monitoring, Crew classification, etc. This sensor IC has a QVGA (320×240) pixel array, a small package and a small ¼” optical size.
