建设目标


 

   GIL是气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路,主要由管道母线、伸缩节等设备组成。其中,管道母线是GIL的重要组成部分,其长度一般都在几公里。伸缩节作为管道母线附属设备,其基本作用是用于GIL设备安装时长度调节补偿及运行后管道母线筒随季节、环境温度变化时的补偿量变化的补偿。GIL管道母线长度会随着环境温度的变化而变化,如果GIL伸缩节因安装或制造工艺问题,在该过程中起不到补偿量调节补偿的作用,就可能造成GIL设备因伸缩应力作用,造成连接部位变形漏气,当伸缩节位移较大时不能及时发现,从而埋下隐患,严重的话会导致导致设备绝缘击穿,因此GIL伸缩节补偿量监测是GIL设备日常运维的重要项目。

   国网公司在2018版反事故措施中12.2.1.3指出“GIS制造厂应在设备投标、资料确认等阶段提供工程伸缩节配置方案,并应纳入工程设联会审核内容。方案包括伸缩节类型、数量、位置、每个伸缩节的“伸缩节(状态)伸缩量-环境温度”对应明细表等调整参数。室外安装跨不同基础、室内安装跨伸缩缝部位应设置伸缩节”。
 

   GIL管廊伸缩节补偿量监测在早期设计对伸缩节补偿量主要是凭借运维人员以及检修人员的巡视,由检修人员根据现场安装的游标卡尺的情况进行实时记录,根据经验和过往数据的不能从根本上解决隐患;且在管廊中部与上部的伸缩节由于高度高,人工巡视比较困难,因此设计伸缩节带电运行状态在线监测系统,对伸缩节补偿量进行实时在线监测具有重要意义。


 

技术路线


 

    利用GIL管廊已有的机械式游标卡尺,需要人工进行巡检,现需要增加在线式位移监测传感器对伸缩节补偿量进行在线监测。

    伸缩节伸缩量位移传感器是一种新型位移数字式传感器,它是一种一种属于金属感应的线性器件,传感器的作用是把各种被测物理量转换为电量。充分结合了角度传感器和直线位移传感器的优点,成为一款安装尺寸小、结构紧凑、测量行程大、精度高的传感器,行程从几百毫米至几十米不等。

    通过改造现有的机械式游标卡尺或增加数字式伸缩节位移传感器可以实现伸缩节补偿量在线监测。
