系统概述


 

    变压器在线监测JC-OM202-GD变压器接地回流波形在线监测系统由JC-OM202-GD变压器接地回流波形监测装置和JC-9000-GD-01智能在线监测IED组成,其中JC-OM202-GD由高精度、宽范围、有源接地回流波形传感器、就地采集终端和接地电流通信单元组成。该系统可监测变压器接地电流大小,实现对接地电流连续的在线监测,及时发现内部绝缘受潮或受损、铁芯多点接地、箱体内异物、油箱油泥沉积等故障引起的电流异常,对事故做到早预防早处理,把故障消灭在萌芽状态。自动辨识线路跳闸故障是雷击故障还是非雷击故障、故障定位:对输电线路故障进行智能快速精确定位。故障录波:记录故障发生时刻线路不同位置的工频波形和行波波形。

    系统采用高精度穿心式传感器将铁心、夹件、回流线、地、轨(架空)的接地电流信号转换为电压信号,电压信号进入信号调 理电路,信号调理电路根据电压大小自动切换量程,最后进入以DSP为处理核心的信号测量板,该信号测量板选用高性能的32位数字处理芯片DSP为核心处理器。接地回流中伴有现场的干扰信号,计算时首先要把这些干扰信号剔除掉。传统的方法是使用模拟滤波器将干扰信号除掉,但模拟滤波器易受环境温度、湿度影响,且随着时间的变化易产生零漂等现象,从而引入新的“干扰”。而DSP强大数字计算功能可以使用数字滤波算法代替原来的模拟滤波算法。数字滤波算法不受温度、湿度等环境影响且零漂移,可以解决模拟滤波器带来的各种问题。信号测量板将铁心及回流的接地电流计算出来后通过数字总线上传到间隔层监测IED。间隔层IED采用统一的嵌入式平台实现分析判断、报警和远传数据等功能。

 

 

    l 接地回流波形传感器:互感器二次侧具有双绕组,根据电流大小自动选择大量程和小量程的互感器,同时配合信号放大电路的放大倍数,实现宽范围内的高精度测量;

    l JC-OM202-GD:将接地电流信号就地转换成数字量,采用信号处理技术,保证了频率在45Hz-50Hz范围内具有稳定的测量精度,采集终端具有就地的温湿度测量功能,为运行人员提供了现场的温湿度数据。装置通过了高低温、湿热和电磁兼容等试验,具有很强的环境适应能力。

    l JC-9000-GD-01:实现信息建模和通信,通信和告警参数的设置等功能。
