变压器振动声纹在线监测

变压器本身的声纹振动是由制冷系统的振动以及变压器本体(铁芯和绕组等的统称)的振动产生。电力变压器表面的声纹振动与变压器绕组及铁芯的压紧状况、绕组的位移及变形等状况密切相关，根据变压器自身各处测取声纹振动信号改变的程度可判断出变压器绕组或铁芯是否有缺陷，在线监测电力变压器的声纹振动异常可实现变压器缺陷的检测和定位。在短路状况下变压器自身振动主要是由绕组振动引起的，可以利用发生短路事故时的变压器自身声纹振动信号，来监测绕组是否发生了变形或松动。

声纹振动的产生

变压器在线监测变压器本身的声纹振动是由制冷系统的振动以及变压器本体(铁芯和绕组等的统称)的振动产生。电力变压器表面的声纹振动与变压器绕组及铁芯的压紧状况、绕组的位移及变形等状况密切相关，根据变压器自身各处测取声纹振动信号改变的程度可判断出变压器绕组或铁芯是否有缺陷，在线监测电力变压器的声纹振动异常可实现变压器缺陷的检测和定位。在短路状况下变压器自身振动主要是由绕组振动引起的，可以利用发生短路事故时的变压器自身声纹振动信号，来监测绕组是否发生了变形或松动。

技术路线

系统组成

变压器振动声纹在线监测系统最多可同时监测6路声纹振动信号，其系统框图如下图所示：

变压器声纹/振动在线监测装置主要由压电式声纹传感器、信号调理、触发模块、同步采样 A/D 转换器、主控模块组成。

压电式声纹振动传感器主要把变压器外壳上的声纹振动信号转变成电信号；信号调理模块为振动传感器提供恒定电流，使传感器正常工作，同时隔离传感器输出信号中的直流分量；触发模块根据实际情况动态设定振动信号采集的阀值；多通道同步 A/D 转换器完成 IED 中各通道振动信号的同步数字转换；主控模块完成整个系统的数据采集、存储、分析，并将分析结果以 IEC61850 标准格式送出；光纤/以太网接口为标准通讯接口，完成振动监测 IED 与其他系统的通讯连接。
