监测意义


 

    变压器是电力系统中关键的设备之一,它的正常运行是电力系统安全、可靠、稳定、经济运行的重要保证。电力变压器运行时,绕组周围存在着交变的磁场,因电磁感应的作用,高压绕组与低压绕组之间,低压绕组与铁心之间,铁心与外壳之间存在着寄生电容,带电绕组将通过寄生电容的耦合作用,使铁心对地产生悬浮电位,因铁心及其它金属构件与绕组的距离不相等,使各构件之间存在着电位差,当两点之间的电位差达到能够击穿其间的绝缘时,便产生火花断续放电,对变压器油和固体绝缘产生不良影响,故需要把铁心与外壳连接,使它与外壳等电位。若铁心或其他金属构件有两点或多点接地时,接地点就会形成闭合回路,造成环流,会引起变压器本体局部过热,导致油分解,进而导致绝缘性能下降,严重时,会使铁心硅钢片烧坏,造成主变重大事故,故主变铁心必须接地。否则铁心对地会产生悬浮电压或铁心多点接地而产生发热故障,严重威胁变压器以及电网的安全。通过对铁心接地电流的监测,能及时发现铁心多点接地等故障,防患于未然,把故障消灭在萌芽状态。在大型高压电气设备电力变压器中,由于铁心多点接地故障及其它异常情况,绝缘油中会产生多种气体,电力部门惯用的检测手段是检测溶解在绝缘油中的故障气体以及对设备的绝缘油采样后进行气体色谱分析和用钳形电流表测变压器铁心外引接地套管的接地下引线的电流,以便尽快地发现潜伏性故障。然而,在检测铁心多点接地现象时,区分微弱的接地故障电流与强电磁环境干扰等有一定的难度,且不能在线分析,检测精度和实时性都存在问题。

    变压器在线监测变压器铁芯/夹件接地在线监测系统用于监测变压器铁心及夹件接地故障电流,可实现对铁心接地电流进行连续、在线监测,通过监测可以实时监控设备的绝缘状况,且能及时发现内部绝缘受潮或受损、铁心多点接地、箱体内异物、油箱油泥沉积等故障。对事故做到早预防早处理。更重要的是能为此类设备的状态检修提供可靠的数据依据。其工作原理为:
 

    系统采用高精度穿心式传感器将铁心及夹件上的接地电流信号转换为电压信号,电压信号进入信号调理电路,信号调理电路根据电压大小自动切换量程,最后进入以DSP为处理核心的信号测量板,该信号测量板选用高性能的32位数字处理芯片DSP为核心处理器。铁心及夹件接地电流中伴有现场的干扰信号,计算时首先要把这些干扰信号剔除掉。传统的方法是使用模拟滤波器将干扰信号除掉,但模拟滤波器易受环境温度、湿度影响,且随着时间的变化易产生零漂等现象,从而引入新的“干扰”。而DSP强大数字计算功能可以使用数字滤波算法代替原来的模拟滤波算法。数字滤波算法不受温度、湿度等环境影响且零漂移,可以解决模拟滤波器带来的各种问题。信号测量板将铁心及夹件的接地电流计算出来后通过数字总线上传到间隔层监测IED。间隔层IED采用统一的嵌入式平台实现分析判断、报警和远传数据等功能。通过监测运行中铁心接地电流的大小,自动判断变压器铁心存在铁心不接地或铁心多点接地现象,从而防止铁心形成悬浮电位及局部过热而引发的一系列故障,确保电力变压器安全运行。
