功能说明

 

    变压器超声波局放在线监测是为了检测安装在室内或室外的变压器运转状况,利用AE传感器获取传感器的输出信号并通过分析事先预防变压器事故的发生,本设备检测出超声波波段(50KHz~400KHz)的局部放电PD(Partial Discharge:局部放电)信号,将相电压以同步信号接收,实时显示PD信号。

    变压器局放监测装置采用超声波法实现局部放电检测,通过传感器检测变压器内部局部放电激发的超声波信号,检测到的信号经过滤波、射频前置放大器和检波器后,由高速数据采集模块进行采样、存储、数字信号处理与分析,经过现场监测单元处理后的数据通过光纤上传至主处理器单元。主处理器单元通过在其上运行的故障诊断专家系统根据从现场监测单元送来的的数据,组建故障模式数据库,对变压器的绝缘状态进行诊断,并以多种方式显示放电指纹特征数据;在主处理器单元上存储的局部放电历史测量数据可供工作人员及远程管理系统查询。变压器局放监测IED有3同步的高速采样通道,每台变压器可以配置3个超声波传感器。

 

 

   变压器局放监测IED对局部放电特征量进行分析,包含以下基本参量:最大放电量及放电相位,放电次数,平均放电量。正常运行时,系统可随时在线监测、记录变压器的状态,并利用诊断系统对设备的运行状态进行分析判断。当变压器出现异常时,该系统快速采集、处理故障数据,同时完成在线计算、存储、统计、报警、分析报表和数据远传等功能。
 

系统构成





 

    1、超声波传感器

    超声波传感器主要是用来采集变压器内部发生局放时产生的超声信号,超声波传感器安装在变压器侧壁上,采用吸附式安装,除了高压出线侧不安装超声波传感器,其余三面各安装一只超声波传感器,有效保证了超声传感器监测实现全局覆盖安装。

超声波传感器采用日本富士生产的压电陶瓷敏感元件,温度稳定性,灵敏度高达67dB。频率带宽覆盖常用金属材料的声发射信号频率。

    2、局放监测IED

    局放IED分为上中下三段式结构:底层为电源单元、中层为信号滤波单元、上层为信号采集处理单元。底层包括系统电源滤波器、一个AC/DC开关电源、一块AC/DC电源板。中层由固定增益放大器、带通滤波器、程控放大器等组成。上层由FPGA信号采集扫描处理模块及工频信号触发模块构成。主要作用是将超声波传感器接收的局放信号进行处理,并依据专家数据库分析被测设备绝缘状态,并将分析结果上送给后台。

设备安装



    传感器采用强磁吸附式安装,直接吸附在变压器表面。现场电缆的走线(传感器到监测IED的数据传输线),一般采用镀锌管走线,该现场实际采用同轴电缆外套波纹管方式实施电缆铺设,电缆走线如图所示。同轴电缆首先进入现场预埋的镀锌管,通过镀锌管达到就地柜。
 




    产品设计把现场信号采集单元和数据处理单元集约化做为一个主机单元,多个主机单元的安装在一个电力汇控柜内中。采用标准2U机箱形式安装,直接安装在电力汇控柜内。
